Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LetuSell ("LetuSell", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the LetuSell website and our WhatsApp concierge, which introduces students to campus vendors (collectively, the "Service").

By joining the waitlist, messaging the concierge, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

LetuSell is a WhatsApp concierge for campus vendors. When a student wants to buy something on campus, they ask LetuSell on WhatsApp in plain English or Pidgin, and we introduce them to a suitable nearby vendor by landing them in that vendor's own WhatsApp.

LetuSell is an introduction service — not a marketplace, not a middleman, and not the seller of any goods. The Service is operated by Slime Labs, a business based in Nigeria.

The Service is intended for university students and campus vendors, and is designed for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may use LetuSell only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Vendors join via the waitlist and are onboarded at our discretion. By listing with LetuSell, a vendor agrees to:

• Provide accurate business details, menu items, and ₦ prices, and keep them up to date.
• Respond to students who are introduced via WhatsApp and honour the prices and availability shared with the concierge.
• Sell only lawful goods they are entitled to sell, and comply with applicable laws and campus rules.
• Handle their own orders, payments, and customer care directly with students.

We may pause or remove a vendor that breaches these Terms, receives repeated complaints, or harms the trust of the Service.

LetuSell is free for vendors during our beta — you can be listed and receive student introductions at no cost. After launch, access is a simple flat monthly fee, announced well in advance. We do not charge commission on your orders.

LetuSell does not process payments for goods and never collects or stores card numbers, PINs, or bank details. Any payment for a product is arranged directly between the student and the vendor, outside the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or send spam, fake requests, or abusive messages through the concierge.
• Misuse another person's information or impersonate any person or business.

When you message the concierge, you allow us to process your messages as needed to understand your request and make the introduction, as described in our Privacy Policy. Once you are handed off to a vendor's WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms, not by LetuSell.

The LetuSell name, logo, design, and software are owned by LetuSell Marketplace and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written permission. Vendor brand names and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the concierge reliable and its matches useful, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free service, and the concierge relies on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp that are outside our control.

Because LetuSell only makes introductions, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any goods, for any transaction between a student and a vendor, or for either party's failure to honour a deal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetuSell's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees (if any) you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as fees owed, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add features or when the law changes. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify vendors. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
