What is LetuSell?+
LetuSell is a campus marketplace that connects university students with student-run and local vendors. You browse vendors across fashion, food, beauty, gadgets, accessories, and more, order online, pay securely with Paystack, and pick up on campus.
How do I place an order?+
Browse vendors, add items to your cart, then go to checkout. Enter your contact details, pay securely via Paystack, and your vendor will prepare your order. You'll get a confirmation page with the vendor's WhatsApp number to coordinate pickup.
Do I need an account?+
No — you can order as a guest using just your name and email. Creating a free account lets you track order history and earn loyalty points.
How do I receive my order?+
After payment, your confirmation page shows the vendor's WhatsApp contact and your pickup details. Message the vendor there to coordinate collection on campus.
What payment methods are accepted?+
All major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack. Your payment details are handled securely by Paystack — LetuSell never sees or stores your card information.
Is it safe to pay on LetuSell?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment provider, over an encrypted connection. We only receive a transaction reference and payment confirmation — never your card number, PIN, or CVV.
Can I order from multiple vendors at once?+
Currently each order is from a single vendor. Finish your current order, then start a new one to buy from a different vendor.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If something goes wrong with your order, you can request a refund from your order page. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paystack. Contact us with your order ID if you need help.
What if my order status doesn't update?+
The order page updates automatically. If it's stuck, try refreshing. If your payment went through but the status still shows pending after a few minutes, contact us with your order ID and we'll resolve it.
How do I contact a vendor?+
Each vendor's WhatsApp contact appears on your order confirmation page after checkout, so you can coordinate pickup directly with them.
How do loyalty points work?+
Logged-in users earn 1 point per ₦100 spent. Points accumulate across orders and unlock tier status (Bronze → Silver → Gold). Redemption features are coming soon.
I'm a vendor — how do I get listed?+
Apply at letusell.ng/vendors/apply. Fill in your brand details and we'll review your application within 24 hours.
